…The information below is from August of 2021…
Fosterville South Exploration is a junior gold explorer in Australia with a large land package near Kirkland Lake’s high grade Fosterville mine. As a result of the company’s large land package and its’ proximity to Kirkland Lake’s high-grade Fosterville mine there was enormous speculative interest in Fosterville South Exploration after it came public in the Spring of 2020. Additionally, gold and silver were on a tear shortly after the FSX IPO. The result was a run in the stock price of Fosterville South. The stock started trading at about 0.92 cents Canadian in the Spring of 2020 and by August of 2020 reached a high of over $5. Canadian. The Fosterville South stock peaked around the time gold and silver peaked in 2020. Since the peak in August 2020 it is been mostly downhill for FSX. In the fall of 2020 the company spun off Leviathan Gold on a one-for-one basis to existing shareholders. As of early 2021 the company has no debt and a cash position of approximately 0.40 cents per share. As of August 2021 the stock is trading in the vicinity of 0.77 cents USD/0.98 cents CDN.
