You can get started with as little as a lawn mower and a rake. Then knock on some doors in your neighborhood and pass out some flyers.
2) Snow Removal in the Winter – Depending on where you live if your area gets snow in the winter you can get started with as little as a shovel, or better yet a snow blower. Knock on some doors and pass out some flyers when snow is in the forecast and line up some work.
3) House Cleaning – Most people hate it or don’t have time for it and some are allergic to it. My first side hustle when I was a kid was a cleaning service. A cousin and I had flyers with a list of process for our various services. We were just kids but we landed a local independent real estate office as a client. The owner had asthma and required as dust-free an environment as possible. For a couple of kids we did well but this niche can be much bigger than that. In fact, I know people who have done this and built it up on a truly professional level and who have built real businesses making big profits.
